LolaT340 For Sale

This vehicle (chassis Number 1) was the factory development car for the T-340 /T-342 project under the supervision of Australian Frank Gardener. You will be aware that the T-340 was immensely successful in the United States, however T-340's are much rarer than T-342's which were produced in much larger numbers for the US market in particular.

The car is understood to have won the British Racing Drivers Club Championship for Formula Fords in 1974 driven by Patrick Nieve.
Dave McMillan won the inaugural Grand Prix for FF in the USA in 1975 in this car. He then took the car on to Mosport in Canada, hoping for a repeat, but he crashed and DNF.
That same year (1975) McMillan brought the car to New Zealand and campaigned and won the New Zealand FF Championship in the following year (1976).
1977 saw the vehicle being driven by Eric Morgan and again it won the NZ FF Championship.
Various owners competed with the car including Jeff Pascoe, Wally Galloway, Mike Garlick, Graeme Newth and Nigel Barclay.
Jeff Pascoe won the NZ FF Championship in 1981.
She is in immaculate and race ready condition, coloured in Ketchup Red and comes with many spares
