The 620R V8 was a highly modified version of the Oldsmobile-Buick aluminum engine by Repco and John Judd in Australia. It was used by Brabham for the new 3.0 Liter Formula One regulations powering the 1966 Brabham BT19 and the BT20 Formula One cars in which Brabham won the World Championship. |

1. Fresh David Gathercole Racing FF2000 pinto. Purchased it from Eddie Wilkins, and I`m sure if anyone wanted to know any more info on the engine he would be happy to talk.
It comes with carb/intake manifold, dry sump, pump, dist and clutch.

2. 1600 CVH prepared for Formula 4. I don`t know much about the engine, other than the head appears to be ported and it has a lightened flywheel. It was used in a Van Diemen in the early nineties, and if memory serves me correctly, acheived some good results i.e. 2nd/3rd`s, fastest lap? in class etc in the hands of Nigel Greensall.
It hasn`t been run for a while, but still turns freely. It doesn`t have any carbs or clutch, but is dry sumped. I

They are + .010 on dia and can be fitted to std bore 711M Blocks, which I can also supply if required This will save on an expensive liner job. Std deck height, eg, 77.6 mm stroke, with 5.23 mm rod.
The valve spacing is std BDA/D (not BDG/T/X) The piston has an intruder that can be machined off to suit desired Comp Ratio based on the cylinder head capacity. They come as a set complete with rings, (1.0 1.2 2.8.) mm, pins and double spiro locks. £495 plus VAT per set |
