This was the standard fitment on most rear wheel drive Fords during the 1960’s and 70’s (Anglia, Escort, Cortina, Classic and Capri). The Ford ‘English’ rear axle is probably one of the most popular used in Historic Motorsport. It is also commonly used by specialist marques and various kit cars.
These heat treated ratios which are machined from SAE 8620 material are available at a very competitive price 3.7, 4.4, 4.7, 4.9, 5.1 and 5.3.
